I&A Events Terms & Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order as they apply to all sales and/or services provided by “I&A Events”. Our terms and conditions set out your rights as a customer and your obligations to us. These terms and conditions also set out our responsibilities to you, the customer. Upon booking our services you agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.


•- “The company” is I&AEVENTS.
• - “The customer” is the person hiring the services/equipment from the company.
• - “The equipment” is all items supplied to or hired by the customer.
• - “The hire period” starts once the items are collected by or delivered to the customer and ends when any equipment is returned to the company or collected by the company.
• - “The hire agreement” is the contract entered into by the customer and the company.



All quotes remain valid for 1 day only.

We maintain the right to adjust the prices in any quotation once the expiry period is exceeded.

All orders are subject to availability at the time of booking.


All payments must be paid in full prior to your event

Bank Transfer:  Payment must be made two working days before your event.  This is only if a deposit has been paid 

Cash: If you are paying via cash, please ensure this must be paid on arrival of our team

No booking is confirmed without a deposit as I&A Events do not provisionally book any dates. Please ensure your date is still available before you make any payments.

Booking our services

we no longer take bookings under £50.00 

All booking £150.00 or under is required to be paid in full via bank transfer only

All bookings over £150.00 require a non-refundable “booking fee” of 50 percent of the final cost to reserve our services for your preferred event date. This will then be deducted from the final balance.

Booking deposits must be paid at least two weeks prior to the customer's event. 

No booking is confirmed without a deposit as I&A Events do not provisionally book any dates. Please ensure your date is still available before you make any payments.

Decoration and Deliveries

All latex balloons used in decor will only float for the standard average time of 10-15 hours after inflation depending on climate. if you wish for extended float time for latex balloons, please state this at the time of booking. The hi-float gel will need to be added to each individual balloon at an additional cost. all balloons supplied on "date of event" are intended to last for that event unless otherwise agreed & clearly stated on your booking contract.

Balloon decoration/delivery is purely for decorative purposes only. We will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries that occurred by the misuse of balloons.


ALL cancellations must be made in writing 2 weeks prior to the event. The cancellation period is determined by the date we receive your written confirmation by email. We DO NOT accept cancellation by phone or text.

ALL cancellations will result in the forfeit of the “booking fee”.

If the cancellation is made after the final balance payment has been received then we will not offer a refund.

Hire items

All hire items remain the property of I&A EVENTS at all times.

All hire items must be returned to our premises or must be available for collection after your event at the venue stated on the booking form.

The hired goods will be inspected upon collection.

The customer remains responsible and liable for any loss, damage or theft to the hired goods until the hire goods are collected.

Upon inspection, if any damage to the hired goods have occurred, the customer will be liable for any repair costs


We reserve the right to charge the customer a “late return fee” for any hire items that are returned outside of the hire period.

I&A Events is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property caused by items hired.

Please note balloon garlands and balloon arch’s are displayed on stands which are a hire item. Once your event is concluded we will dismantle the garland or arch. The balloons are the customers to keep.

Alterations or changes

Any alterations or changes can be made 2 weeks prior to your event. After this time, you are unable to make any alterations or changes.

It is your responsibility to check your booking form and to ensure that the information is accurate.

Our services will be supplied based on the information contained within these documents. Any corrections must be notified via email 2 weeks prior to the event.

Health and Safety

The health and safety of you and your guests is extremely important to I&A Events. In the event that a location or weather conditions make it unsafe for us to erect hire items such as arches, frames, etc. then we reserve the right to refuse to do so until conditions have improved. This also applies to the safety of our staff.

Unforeseeable Circumstances

Whilst every effort will be made by I&A Events to complete orders, the company cannot be held liable for variation or non-completion of orders due to the following:

Act of God | Fire | Flood | Storm | Gale | War | Pandemic | Terrorism | Strikes | Riots | Lockouts Or any other civil disturbances.

We cannot be held liable for any road closures and gridlock caused by any of the above which results in our vehicles and staff being unable to access to the venue.


Due to pandemic, we understand your event may not go ahead, the non-refundable booking fee charge will stand. The deposit can be moved to another date.  

Once you checked the box that you have agreed to the terms and conditions on the booking form, you are agreeing to these Terms and conditions
